Our Core System was designed to provide users with the essentials of connectivity while providing a sturdy foundation for growing their build.

Top Plate
To enhance the capabilities of the camera, a Top Plate emphasizing air flow and connectivity is secured to the top of the camera via three ¼”-20 screws along the camera's center mounting points. In addition, a removable 15mm Dual rod clamp allows users to connect items like the Blackmagic EVF or additional 3rd party accessories. This Top Plate is compatible with the stock Blackmagic URSA handle.

Riser Plate and ARCA Base Plate
The foundation of this Core System includes a Riser Plate and ARCA Base Plate that keeps your build at the appropriate optical height for mounting accessories in traditional cinema workflows. The Riser Plate facilitates an open design allowing efficient airflow to the camera. With these plates combined, they are compatible with any bridge plates that use ARRI Standard height. Utilizing the built-in ARCA system, it allows for quick transitions between steadicam, shoulder, or tripod workflows with Wooden Camera ARCA accessories.
